Any time, whenever you wish to soothe, calm and rejuvenate your face! We recommend jade rolling regularly, either in the morning or the evening after washing your face. Massage each area for 20 - 30 seconds or for however long feels relaxing. Aeva comes with an instructions manual which illustrates where to use it on your face/ neck.

Aeva is suitable for most skin types. Associated with the heart chakra, the Rose Quartz on this facial roller is best known for its wrinkle-reducing benefits, and the ability to soothe skin while keeping its naturally cool temperature. It’s especially ideal for inflammatory skin conditions such as rosacea because it's so cooling. However, avoid massaging over sensitive areas and open wounds, and adjust the pressure to whatever you’re comfortable with.

You do not have to use any products. But, if you’d like, facial rollers can be used in harmony with your favorite face oil, lotion, moisturizer or serum for enhanced product absorption into the skin. Do remember to clean your facial roller after use.

Yes, when you are finished using Aeva, wipe it down with a damp cloth and let it air dry before putting it away in a cool, dark and dry place. Make sure you get any oils and sweat off of it. Do not expose it to harsh chemicals.
